Welcome to the Final Module: From Chaos to Clarity !
Congratulations you've worked very hard to get to this point! You've learned about executive function skills. You've assessed your executive function strengths and challenges. You've considered the science of change. You've taken a deep dive into executive function strategies. And you've practiced and refined some of these strategies to see how they might work for you.
My hope is that you've learned some helpful concepts and tools that you can apply to your life.
Remember that change is sustainable when it starts with small meaningful steps built into consistent daily routines. The more routine something becomes, the less executive function skill it requires. This frees up to use our incredible powers of problem solving, decision -making and creativity on the things that are most important to us!
Because healthy routines are the foundation of executive function skill this last module is dedicate to exploring lifestyle strategies that can support us, and considering plans to incorporate the strategies you have been implementing into your daily life at home and work

Lesson One: Lifestyle Strategies to Reduce Stress
In this Lesson we will explore the impact of stress on executive function and lifestyle factors that will support the regulation of your nervous system. You will assess your sleep, exercise and mindfulness habits and changes that can reduce stress and improve brain function!
Lesson Two: Creating Plans to Support EF
In this lesson we will explore how you can build yourself a day that incorporates lifestyle supports and executive function strategies so that you can perform at their best.
Lesson Three: Executive Function and the Workplace
In Lesson Three you will explore how understanding executive function strengths, challenges and strategies can help you consider whether a position is a good fit for you, the types of accommodations you might request and how to request, them.
