If You Experience Challenges Organizing Daily Life and Taking Action This Program is For You.
Do you ever feel like you're lost in time ? Are you easily distracted by your thoughts or your environment ? Is it difficult for you to make a plan, or stick to one even when something is important to you ? Do you have difficulty finding your stuff ? Knowing where and when to start ? Getting things done ?
You are not alone. Each of us have different strengths, different challenges, and different circumstances that affect how we learn. Some things come easily to us, and some don't. It's not so much about intelligence - it's about skill sets.
If you are someone who is challenged by "executive functions" such as time management, attention, organization, and/or planning this can lead to overwhelm, missed opportunities, or stalled progress even when you have the best of intentions.
The really exciting thing is that you can learn to do things more effectively. You can create spaces that help you organize yourself and your thinking. You can adapt tasks. You can learn new skills. You can advocate for yourself by asking for the systems you need to be successful at home, in school, and in the workplace. With the right support it doesn't have to be overwhelming.
That's what this program is all about: building the skills you need to pursue your interests and meet your goals. And, because it takes some executive function skills to work through a course on executive function, this program includes coaching and community membership for support. You can choose to add additional coaching as needed. Check it out below!
