Qigong Movement
Qigong has a 5000 -year-old history from which has evolved many forms and practices. Please enjoy this introduction drawn from my training as a certified medical qigong practitioner and instructor for Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong. This video is not a specific QST practice, but evolved from the same foundation. Once you are familiar with the movements you can choose one or more of them for a brief practice as needed. If you feel inspired there are many wonderful videos and classes on line you can explore to build yourself a practice or you can seek out someone in your community.

Qigong Massage
This form of qigong self-massage involves tapping along the meridians (energy channels), energy centers, and accupuncture points identified in Chinese Medicine "maps" of energy circulation throughout the body. This may look familiar as QST utilizes a similar form adapted and researched by Dr. Louisa Silva specifically for autistic children. Try this version for yourself daily and notice the improvements in your health and well-being.
