Lesson Two: The Power of Proprioception
In Lesson Two we will discuss the definition of proprioception, consider what differences in proprioceptive processing can look like and explore how proprioceptive strategies can regulate your nervous system. You will design an experiment to determine what supports work best for you
Lesson Three: Move on Down the Road
In Lesson Three we will discuss the role of the vestibular system in balance; coordination of head and eye movement; posture, and movement coordination. We will consider strategies for movement sensitivity and sensory-motor challenges associated with vestibular processing. You will continue to assess your preferences and challenges and experiment with how to best support your nervous system.

Lesson Five : Interoception the "Eighth Sense"
In Lesson Five of Investigate Your Sensory Experience we will explore our awareness of the internal physical and emotional cues which is called the sense of interoception. We will investigate how interoceptive cues assist us to regulate our emotions and take action to meet our physical and emotional needs.
